To all of our Able Customers and friends

In response to the COVID0-19 virus, Able Distributors is committed to mitigate disruptions to your business while easing a small amount of your burden and increasing the overall safety of our associates and valued customers.

This order states, in part:

All Essential Businesses and Operations are encouraged to remain open. To the greatest extent feasible, Essential Businesses and Operations shall comply with Social Distancing Requirements as defined in this Executive Order, including by maintaining six-foot social distancing for both employees and members of the public at all times, including, but not limited to, when any customers are standing in line. 

This includes: Critical trades, including plumbers, electricians, exterminators, cleaning and janitorial staff for commercial and governmental properties, security staff, operating engineers, Home Construction, HVAC, painting, moving and relocation services, and other service providers that maintain the safety, sanitation and essential operation of residences, essential activities, and essential businesses and operations. 

All Able Distributors locations are open for normal business hours beginning Monday, March 23rd.  We are all part of this very important HVAC community and here are some of the things we are doing to help all of us get through this together.

• Increased Stock Levels.  We will do our very best to keep the shelves stocked with essential HVAC supplies to keep business interuption to a minimum

For the safety of our customers and our staff we will be practicing a “touch free” pickup system.

• Will Call Staging for orders – Orders will be pulled and ready for you when you arrive.
• Curbside Service at all four locations… call upon arrival and we will bring your will call order to you
• Same day deliveries available
• Appropriate Social Distancing at all locations and work sites
• Cleaning and disinfecting of work areas multiple times during the day
• Call-in bill pay

We are a small family business and we are truly thankful to each and every customer for their patronage and their patience during these trying times.  We will do everything in our power to earn your trust and your business by doing our part as good citizens and good business partners.
