As the COVID-19 situation in Chicago develops, we wanted to touch base with our customers and let them know what Able is doing to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols – We are stepping up our standard cleaning and incorporating robust disinfecting procedures across our warehouses and storefront.
Staff Safety – Our customer-facing employees have all been educated on proper cleaning and sanitation procedures and are instructed to err on the side of caution if they feel symptomatic.
Additional Sick Leave – Employees who feel under the weather will be allowed to take as long as they need to get healthy and noncontagious.
Stock Boosts – We are shoring up our stock levels for everything, especially IAQ products, to guarantee that the comfort of your customers won’t be compromised.
All Able services are still available, including jobsite delivery, however we are taking precautions to limit physical contact. This primarily involves incorporating touchless transactions at the counter and the dock. If you are feeling sick in any way, we ask that you do not come to an Able location.
