2024 ComEd Rebate Changes – Complete Our Free Training Before Jan. 1st
Do you install heat pumps? (Central or Mini Split)

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to make sure you’re qualified to receive rebates in 2024.
Beginning in January, ComEd is requiring a pair of training sessions to receive utility rebates.
Training Session 1: Distributor Heat Pump Training (You can complete this at any Able branch!)
Training Session 2: ComEd Webinar (You can complete this at home!)
Read on to get all the details on how to easily complete these trainings and ensure eligibility for instant heat pump rebates in 2024.
Distributor Training Session Details
Beginning this Monday, October 30th, all four Able locations will be hosting six(!) free training sessions per week. These classes only take 60-90 minutes and cover everything you need to know about ComEd’s rebate program and Able’s heat pump catalog for 2024. The classes will consist of a video hosted by Able’s very own Brian Daleske and a Q+A session with a designated Able heat pump trainer.

ComEd Webinar
Distributor training is only half of the requirements for 2024 rebate eligibility. Contractors will also have to complete a four-hour webinar training session via ComEd and finish the quiz after each module. The following modules are mandatory:
1. Air Source Heat Pump Applications
2. Replacing Air Conditioners with ASHPs
3. Heat Pump Control Strategies and Best Practices
4. Designing Air Source Heat Pumps with Sizing and Selection in Mind
And the rest are optional.
