Rinnai Level III Training Course – Residential & Commercial Solutions
This class will be taught by Rinnai’s Regional Service Manager, Rodney LaFramboise and will prepare you for a wide variety of installation and service scenarios. Whether you’re a seasoned pro when it comes to tankless or you’re just getting started, this class is sure to teach you plenty. This course also counts for four CEU credits.

- Setting Parameters
- How to Handle Fault Codes
- Tearing Down Units
- Demand Duo Hybrid Systems
- Most Common Tech Support Calls
Attendees will come away from this course with a great understanding of how to handle Rinnai’s residential and commercial units and well as the confidence to resolve any customer’s issues.
