TheCA36A3G-160R-022 and CA42A3G-160R-022 are upflow coils with a right-hand connection. They include a field plate kit allowing for easy conversion for downflow applications. The CA42A3G-160R-022 has a nominal capacity of 42,000 BTU and a width of 16 inches. It utilizes a 0.080 R-410A flo-rator for refrigerant metering, and a 3/8” liquid line stub out is included. The CA36A3G-160R-022 has a nominal capacity of 36,000 BTU and a width of 16 inches. It utilizes a 0.068 R-410A flo-rator for refrigerant metering, and a 3/8” liquid line stub out is included.
Before leaving the factory, Aspen’s DX-treme coils all pass a 500 PSI immersion test and undergo nitrogen pressurization and sealing. Aspen’s coils are AHRI certified for use with forced air equipment from the industry’s leading manufacturers, and this coil can be dropped into systems designed for 13 SEER to 20 SEER performance. It includes a heavy-duty corrosion-resistant plastic drain pan for safe condensate management. The C7BAM03648C-C is a cased evaporator coil from Maytag. It is designed for use in vertical airflow applications with a desired SEER rating between 13 and 16. This R410A coil can handle three to four tons of cooling. It has a width of 21″, making it the perfect fit for “C” cabinet furnaces.
