Bosch Instant Rebates: Mini Split Edition

Spring has sprung and summer is on the horizon. With the weather getting warmer, we thought now was the perfect time for a Bosch refresher. Bosch heat pumps are the perfect four-season comfort solution for Chicago and Able is once again partnered with ComEd to provide instant rebates of $1,350 to $2,000.

Why Heat Pumps?

Go back a few decades and you’ll see that gas furnaces were outselling heat pumps two-to-one in America. And with good reason, older heat pumps were inefficient and ill-equipped to handle the cold in most of the northern U.S.

However, last year heat pumps outsold gas furnaces in the United States for the first time and they’re on the trajectory to keep that crown for the foreseeable future. So, what happened? Twenty years of technology happened.

Heat pumps have gone from a ductless gimmick for temperate climates to an all-seasons workhorse with premier efficiency. New inverter-driven central split units and advanced ductless systems can provide powerful, reliable heating even as the temperature outside plummets into the negatives.

All four of the following multi-zone system qualify for a $1,350 rebate with ANY combination of indoor units.

  • 2-Zone w/ 1.5-Ton Condenser
  • 3-Zone w/ 2.25-Ton Condenser
  • 4-Zone w/ 3-Ton Condenser
  • 5-Zone w/ 4-Ton Condenser

Single-Zone Systems

Wall-Mount Systems
All the following systems qualify for a $1,350 rebate.

  • 1-Ton Low Voltage
  • ¾-Ton MAX Performance
  • 1-Ton MAX Performance
  • 1.5-Ton MAX Performance
  • 2-Ton MAX Performance

Ceiling Cassette Systems
All the following systems qualify for a $1,350 rebate.

  • ¾-Ton MAX Performance
  • 1-Ton MAX Performance
  • 1.5-Ton MAX Performance
  • 2-Ton MAX Performance

Ducted Systems
All the following qualify for a $2,000 rebate!

  • ¾-Ton MAX Performance
  • 1-Ton MAX Performance
  • 1.5-Ton MAX Performance
  • 2-Ton MAX Performance

As you can see, ducted single-zone systems qualify for a whopping $2,000 rebate and literally everything else qualifies for a respectable $1,350. The only Bosch mini split system we sell that doesn’t have a rebate is the 36,000 BTU wall-mounted single-zone system.

Heck, the ¾-ton and 1-ton ducted systems are practically free once the rebate has been applied. Surely you have some customers who have been looking for a cost-effective way to heat a garage or basement or addition.
